How to sign your job offer

After checking your job offer, it’s now time to sign it.

If you imagine cumbersome tasks like printing out, signing, scanning or taking a photo, and uploading it, you don’t have to! DaRi offers an online signature feature to free you from these bothersome tasks. You can say ‘Yes’ to the offer by simply following the instructions below.

NOTE: To complete your job offer, you need a scanned or photographed copy of your passport.

Step 1 Check your job offer

The first thing you need to do is check your job offer and download it.

Then press the blue button to proceed to the next step.

NOTE: You CAN’T go to the next step if you haven’t downloaded all the documents.

Step 2 select benefits

Select Advanced Payment Benefits (If Applicable).

Every hospital offers different advanced benefits, each with its own terms and conditions. Choose the options that best suit your needs.

However, there might be some options that you MUST select, such as legal fees for your visa processes.

Step 3 Passport Verification

Before signing your job offer, your passport needs to be verified to ensure the signer is really you. Simply scan or photograph your passport in good resolution and upload it to proceed.

To verify your passport, you MUST scan or photograph the entire two-page spread, including your signature (if applicable) and the barcode under your picture (<<<<<<).

Step 4 Sign job offer

The final step for completing your job offer is to put your signature on it. DaRi offers an online signature feature, freeing you from paperwork!
