Selecting Interview Schedule
Selecting your interview schedule on DaRi Online is a straightforward process that begins once your resume is approved. You will be able to choose an interview slot with a matched overseas hospital through your My Page. This feature allows you to view available schedules for up to three months, ensuring you have ample time to select the most convenient time for you.
It’s important to note that once you confirm your chosen schedule, you cannot change it. Therefore, it’s crucial to double-check your selection before finalizing it.
Four days prior to your interview, you must confirm your participation by clicking the “Confirm Participation” button. This action is vital because only those who confirm can access the “Enter the Interview” button on the day of the interview.
You can view detailed schedules and links to join the interview on My Page. If your location changes, be sure to update it so the schedule reflects your current time zone. Additionally, you have the option to add the interview date to your Google Calendar for easy tracking.
Before your interview, take the time to review the hospital’s website where your interview will take place. Familiarizing yourself with their mission and values can provide you with valuable insights and enhance your confidence during the interview.
Once you confirm your participation, the “Enter the Interview” button will be activated. This button will give you access to the Zoom link required for your interview. You can easily add this link to your Google Calendar to ensure you don’t forget.
