How to create

Your Powerful Resume

DaRi’s resume system is a powerful and easy tool for creating your stellar resume.

All you need to do is fill in the 8 sections below.

01 Language

Select the language(s) you speak (up to 3). Click the ADD LANGUAGE button to select or find the language(s) you speak.

Consider choosing your mother tongue and the language of the country you want to work in.

02 English

Since most of our users want to work in countries where English is widely spoken, your English proficiency is important.

If you have recently taken any English proficiency exam (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, OET, PTE, MET, or Cambridge English), select the exam and provide your speaking score.

This will help increase your interview pass rate by demonstrating that your English level is sufficient to work overseas.

If you haven’t taken any of these exams, you can leave it blank.

03 Education

Tell us about your academic background pertinent to your nursing career.

This includes your nursing university, nursing college, nursing school, or higher-level education that comes with a specific degree (e.g., Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, Master of Nursing, etc.).

You can add up to four of your most recent educational experiences.

04 Skills

Nursing involves various skills for patient care.

Choose or type the top five skills that best represent you as an experienced nurse.

05 Licenses

Select all countries where you have nursing licenses. It might be your home country or others.

If your license country isn’t listed, you can manually write it in.

Make sure to upload a PDF or an image file of the nursing license you’ve added.

.Don’t forget to add every nursing license you’ve achieved.

06 Certificate

There are several nursing certificates (such as BLS, ACLS, etc.) that you can earn.

If you have achieved any certificates related to your nursing career, let us know which ones you’ve achieved. If you don’t see a specific certificate on the list, you can add it yourself.

You can add as many certificates as you’d like, but make sure to upload proof of certification for each one.

If you haven’t achieved any certificates, it’s okay. Just leave it blank.

07 Work Experience

Your work experience is critical to your resume because it showcases your nursing expertise and how long you’ve worked in the field. Feel free to include all your nursing experiences (nursing career only). If you have more than 1 working experience, add every nursing experience you’ve had.

  1. Job Title
Choose the job title that you work(ed) under (RN, NP, ADN, LPN, or others). If the job is(was) full-time, make sure to check the Full-Time Job box.

  2. Hospital Name
Type the name of the hospital.

  3. Hospital Bed Capacity
Choose the bed capacity of the hospital.

  4. EMR (Electronic Medical Record) System
If the hospital uses an EMR system, check the YES box and type the system’s name. If you don’t remember the name of the EMR, you can leave it blank.
If the hospital doesn’t use an EMR, check the NO box.

  5. Department
Select or type the department in which you work(ed). You will be matched based on your current working department.

  6. Unit Bed Capacity
Type the unit’s bed capacity (not the hospital’s bed capacity).

  7. Nurse-Patient Ratio
Provide your current unit’s nurse-patient ratio.

  8. Patient Age Group
Select all the major patient age groups of the current unit.

  9. Employment Date From/To
Select the start and end dates. If this is your current job, make sure you check the Current Job box.

  10. Country, State/Province, City
    Indicate the hospital’s location.

  11. Job Details
This is one of the critical parts of the work experience section because your interview will be based on what you write here. Write everything in short sentences that describe what you have done as a nurse in the hospital. The more you write, the more you have to discuss, which is beneficial. We’ve prepared some examples, so feel free to use them if you need help.

DaRi will match you with a hospital abroad based on your work experience. Your salary and specialty will also be determined based on your experience. The assigned specialty will be the same unit you currently work in.

However, you must provide proof of every experience you have added. Therefore, you will be asked for proof of work in certain forms, such as a ‘Certificate of Employment’ or ‘Certificate of Career.’

08 Cover Letter Video

Introduce yourself, focusing only on your nursing background (maximum 1 minute long).

The interviewer(s) want to know more about you as a nurse. Record a cover letter video introducing yourself and your nursing expertise.

You can easily film it with your mobile phone and upload it. This video will also be used to match you with the perfect job overseas.

That’s all!

If you have all the necessary resources ready, it won’t take more than 10 minutes to complete your perfect resume that works globally.

The next step is to submit your resume for evaluation to ensure you have the right nursing job match overseas.
