You are about to be matched with a hospital overseas
Resume Evaluation
If you have completed your resume, you can request an evaluation for job matching.
The evaluation is conducted by a specialized department based on your resume to identify any necessary corrections and determine overseas job match eligibility.
Evaluation Criteria
- Period: Evaluate if there are any errors in the periods of your career and education.
- Check if the periods of recent and past careers overlap.
- Ensure there are no errors in the education period or that a short BSN period is not listed as ADN.
2. License: Verifies if there are any missing national licenses or if the desired country’s (e.g., US) license is present. For example, users who want to match jobs in the US must obtain the NCLEX-RN and upload proof of certification.
3. Job Details in Career: Assesses if the job details for the respective career are sufficient. DaRi recommends users list all the tasks they handled at the hospital.
4. Skills: Evaluate if the department and selected skills are appropriate. All users must select or enter five skills.
5. Self-Video: Ensures that the video is of an appropriate length, uses the target country’s language (e.g., English) properly, and includes a sufficient self-introduction since the HR department of the matching hospital will view it.
Before complete your resume submission, you MUST agree the following terms.
After agreeing with all terms, you can check the result of your resume. Please ensure you have no RED LIGHT of checking your resume.
However, the English exam score is not a prerequisite for submitting your resume. If you do have a score, your chances of passing the job interview will increase. You can still be matched without it.
Once you complete the submission of your resume, you will hear from DaRi within 3 business days either;

Follow the feedback, modify your resume accordingly, and resubmit it for evaluation.
You will hear back from DaRi about the evaluation result faster than the first attempt.
